B-Linear motor: The linear motor features an innovative design and longer lifespan, but in actual testing for massage scenarios, the vibration intensity was found to be insufficient, and it requires a IC, resulting in higher costs. Ultimately, after thoroughly understanding the customer's application requirements, LEADER has developed the 1034 dual-magnet low voltage motor (abbreviated as 1034S).
This motor has the following features:
1-Compared with the 1234 motor used in common massage products, 1034S is smaller in size, which effectively reduces the weight and improves the comfort.
2- The 1034S can be activated at ultra-low voltage through a special structural design to provide the gentle vibration needed in sleep scenarios.
3-1034S was developed with the consideration that the user may wear it lying down ( eg: sleeping at night) or leaning against the a chair or sofa (eg: taking a lunch break on a working day). LEADER has conducted rigorous life tests on the motor in both vertical and horizontal positions to meet the needs of different users.
4-Despite its special structure, the 1034S still is LEADER's main coin motor product, with mature technology and high cost performance.
