The reason of motor vibration is analyzed in detail

3) structural defects and installation problems of the motor itself.

This fault is mainly manifested as ellipse of shaft neck, bending of shaft, too large or too small clearance between shaft and bush, insufficient stiffness of bearing seat, foundation plate, certain part of foundation and even the whole motor installation foundation, loose fixation between motor and foundation plate, loose bolt of bottom foot, loose between bearing seat and foundation plate, etc.

But between the shaft and the bush clearance is too big or too small not only may cause the vibration but also may cause the bush lubrication and the temperature to produce the abnormal.

4) the load driven by the motor conducts vibration.

3, part of the electrical failure is caused by electromagnetic reasons mainly includes: ac motor stator connection error, wound asynchronous motor rotor winding short circuit, synchronous motor excitation winding interturn short circuit, synchronous motor excitation coil connection error, cage asynchronous motor rotor broken bar, rotor core deformation caused by uneven air gap, rotor, lead to the air gap flux imbalance caused by vibration.
